Training Days

Training days on the cross country course are organised by SAHT Inc regularly.  Training days enable young horses and young riders to gain more experience; and more experienced riders and horses to practice their skills.

Horses and riders are only allowed on the facilities at Tangari Park (cross country course; dressage arenas; other facilities) on organised Training Days or on competition days.

All instructors (ie private individual instructors and organised clinics) must be qualified Equestrian Australia coaches.

On Training Days, you should observe the normal requirements for competition days.  For example, park horse floats and trucks in the southern car park; take care and observe other competitors on the cross country course; clean up when you leave.

Please make sure you check in at the secretary's office on arrival.  We need to make sure you have arrived so that we can schedule your involvement, keep track of your progress, and make sure everyone safely leaves the ground.

Costs for attending training days will be posted here, and will be on the entry form.  For further enquires about training days contact us at reynellaht@gmail.com
