Venue for Hire

Reynella Horse Trials SAHT venue is available to the equestrian community of South Australia for hire.  Group Clinics can be conducted using the XC and the SJ/Dressage grounds, and the office is available for lectures and demonstrations.

Please contact the Chairperson or Secretary of the SAHT Committee if you are interested in hiring the facilities. All proposals should be in writing (via email), at least 3 weeks before the proposed hire date, and include details including the facilities you want to hire, and the name of the responsible person.  

 

If approved, a Hire Agreement must be signed.  This will include your insurance details.   If you are a rider please access the SAHT Inc Rider Waiver document below.

If using the facilities, it is necessary to leave the grounds clean and tidy.  Hoses need to be returned to the shed, horse yards should be left clean of manure and hay, and any food should be taken off the property.
