Information for Campers

Campers are welcome to stay at Tangari Park when competing at one of the events held by SAHT Inc.   Please notify the organisers when lodging your entry for the competition.

 

Campers should park in the southern car parking area, towards the top of the car park (ie south eastern area).

 

If you have not booked a horse yard please leave the area in front of all horse yards vacant - so competitors who have booked a horse yard can park there.

 

Please respect other competitors when parking, and when using lights, music etc during the day or evening.

 

Water and toilets are on site and available for use by campers.

 

Facilities are available at the Vines Golf Club for showering - by prior arrangement.

 

Closest shopping (for food etc) is the local Woodcroft shopping precinct on Pimpala Road.  You should check the opening hours but shops are generally open on Saturday until 5 pm and Sunday until 4 pm.

 

The closest shop for horse equipment is 'Walkers', on Chalk Hill Road, McLaren Vale.
