Reynella Horse Trials are run and organised by South Australian Horse Trials Incorporated (SAHT).  This organisation is affiliated with Equestrian South Australia, and runs events for the local community and the broader equestrian community in South Australia, at Tangari Park, Pine Road, Reynella.

A committee is responsible for all aspects of SAHT programs, including managing and maintaining the facility, organising events such as horse trials and training days, fundraising etc.  As an incorporated association, SAHT Inc also has responsibilities through the Incorporated Associations Act (SA), as well as to the State body, Equestrian SA.

The SAHT Inc Committee meets regularly.  It organises regular 'working bees' at Tangari Park, and encourages volunteer  involvment at all levels of the sport, from working bees, horse trial events and training days, and participation in the Committee.
